OR

Step 1

Make a new Document in photoshop of size 500*700

Now with the help of the Rectangle tool draw a rectangle which color whole document “White”

Now make a new layer and with help Rounded rectangle tool and draw a rounded rectangle like following image with radius

9 px (you can set radius from upper tab of photoshop

Step 2

Now duplicate this layer by going on the menu Layer>Duplicate layer>

and change its mode to overlay in layer palatte

Now go to the filter>render>lens flare

“Dialog comes promt you that this is vector shaped .You cant apply filter on this .Do you want to convert in to raster hit OK”

than screen comes adjust the setting as below

Keep the Mark on lower upper and then middle on every action of filter

Step 3

Now go on the layer palatte and select both of this layer Normal and duplicate one with the help of CRTL or SHIFT and right click in between both layer and hit convert to smart object.. Like following

Then both of these layer convert into “smart object” on one layer

Step 4

Now duplicate this smart object layer Say=”shape 1 copy “ and  you will get “shape 2 copy”

the lower layer is “shape 1 copy” select that layer and go to the filter>blur>Gaussian blur>ENTER

and select following setting

Step 5

Now make a new layer

and make new rectangle just below our above image with gray color (following is zoomed image)

Now Hit CRTL+T

this layer surrounded by some boundries and then right click on this layer and click on warp you will see the following

status (following is zoomed image)

“For zooming the image in Hold ALT and spin the middle wheel of mouse in”

Stap 6

In above image you see 3 x 3 matrices and each intersection of lines have “points “

you have to move thats point like following image

And Hit enter

Now change the blending setting of this layer by Right click on layer and blending option

A)INNER GLOW

B)Gradient overlay

C)Stroke 01

Step 8

Your image status

Now we need to rotate whole sword so select all layers except “background layer” and hit CTRl+T .Again  a boundry made out side our selection right click on image and click ROTATE .rotate the whole selection from corners.When you put your arrow on corner of selection rotating handle come .Rotate by the help of it

Step 9

Now zoom on the handle more and with the help of the gray color and brush create minute structure
